In the early years of the Republic of China, Liu Hanyun, the son of Presidential Guard Chief Liu Zhaohong, wanted to avenge his father. He used the pseudonym Yang Hua (played by Chen Jianfeng) to break into the Tianjin Anping Escort Bureau run by the "Twelve Money Escorts" Yu Jianping (played by Yuan Biao).
