Bajillion Dollar Propertie$ is a semi-scripted comedy with an ensemble of seven real estate agents set against the backdrop of a luxury, cutthroat LA real estate firm.

The brokers at L.A.'s premier residential brokerage learn one of them will soon be named partner, setting off a ruthless race to the top. Meanwhile, Glenn, the new office manager tries to assert himself, and Andrew and Baxter try to sell the house of a movie star who can only negotiate when he's drunk and stoned.

Dean hires a famous and sleazy photographer, Jerry, to shoot the brokers' promo photos. He tests their limits before getting a taste of his own technique. On the field, Andrew and Baxter catch up with a former college acapella chum who's looking to buy and meet a rich client who wants to sell… just a room in house.

Former foes Victoria and Baxter bond over an inside joke at Chelsea's expense. Their sudden friendship drives Andrew crazy with jealousy. Meanwhile Amir's mysterious new client shows up guns blazing… literally, and Chelsea has to sell a house to a heartbroken man.

Amir takes Glenn under his wing to teach him about the real estate business and the results are mentally, physically and financially grueling. The Bros are forced to woo an ancient and not quite coherent seller, while Victoria and Chelsea spend the afternoon with a creepy, sex-obsessed client.

Amir, Victoria and Baxter endure humiliation after their monthly beauty regimen goes awry, thanks to Glenn. Andrew has to find a home for an intense actor who insists on staying in character the entire time and Chelsea explores a spooky basement in order to get a house to pass inspection.

Platinum receives a visit from Dean's hard-drinking, salesman friend from the old days. His roughhouse tactics clash with the brokers' style. Amir tries to sell a house to a pair of famous lesbians but Glenn's fandom gets in the way, and we meet Platinum's rival firm.

The brokers all get massages but receive far from equal treatment, which causes Glenn to take matters into his own hands. Meanwhile, Chelsea tries to sell a mansion to a popular televangelist who's bringing very specific orders from the lord.

After a frantic race for sales the brokers finally will learn which of them makes partner. The bros deal with a home-intruder-obsessed buyer while Amir tries to sell to a couple looking to cook a very specific recipe. Victoria works with a group of millionaire lottery winners and Chelsea meets Serge & Gio.

With more time added to the clock, the brokers scramble for last minute sales in order to lock down the partnership. Chelsea and Victoria take turns trying to sell the mansion of an old man who wants to continue living there. Amir meets with a concussed linebacker who can't remember his own name while Baxter sells to a guy with a golddigger girlfriend, and Andrew takes a shot at the lottery millionaires.

The brokers deal with a whole new Glenn, while Victoria fights her depression. Dean wants to win a Diamond Dealmaker Award, Glenn explores roleplay.

Amir leads Victoria into a trap, the Bros meet a super obnoxious bro, and rival brokers Serge and Gio intimidate Glenn.

Bizarre self-help gurus guide the brokers through their pain. Victoria's got daddy issues, Chelsea and Glenn take things to the next level.

Andrew thinks Baxter might be a killer, Glenn feels disrespected by Dean's assistant. Victoria meets with a deceptive indie filmmaker.

Amir threatens Dean with knowledge of a devastating secret. Chelsea tries to rid a property of raccoons, Victoria deals with a delusional dog owner.

It's the day of the award show and everyone's on edge. Victoria meets with an ex, the Bros have a client with a bad poker face and Dean makes a pact with Serge and Gio.

It's the night of the awards. Platinum vies for the biggest prize in real estate, Victoria meets her destiny, the Bros deliver an unbelievable dance, and a relationship is destroyed.

Dean announces his epic memoir, featuring a foreword by the most deserving broker, and his son DJ arrives to manage Platinum while Dean is busy writing. Meanwhile, Glenn has gone emo after losing his partnership, Amir hopes to end a sales slump with a time-strapped potential buyer, and Baxter woos Celebrity Doula Morningstar by reenacting his own birth.

The Bros are still feuding and their unprofessional behaviour is driving Platinum crazy. Victoria sells to a group of tracksuited women, while Dean spars with his publisher Gwentolyn Swanson over his outrageously long manuscript.

New Chelsea struggles with her tech detox, which unfortunately conflicts with Dean's social media needs. The Bros land guitarist client Zars St. Lars, but she won't stop talking about her one claim to fame. Amir tries to get a house approved by a bribing inspector.

Chelsea, Victoria and Baxter choke during a fire drill and must learn basic emergency protocol from Dean, and Amir needs college student Eric to pass a biology test so his dad will buy him a mansion. Andrew shows a house to chick-lit author Merry Capshaw, who insists on narrating her every thought.

Chelsea and Baxter's new folk band catches the eye of manager Dean, who books them on The Real Estate show, hosted by Leatha Benet. Glenn meets Objectophile Sabra, who must literally love the house, and Gerald has an ulterior motive for attending Victoria's open house.

Platinum is cursed by a haunted doll Sarabeth, who forms a bond with Victoria. Amir tries to breakdown the always positive DJ, who has important business with Dean. Meanwhile, Glenn reckons with Maximilian Blanc, an eccentric with a spooky estate and a pack of robbers target Glenn's open house.

The Bros add a third agent, Rocket Jackson, to their twosome for a sexually charged home viewing. Chelsea sells to skittish animal attack survivor Huck, and famed photographer Uncle Jerry returns to Platinum. Dean finally announces the winning book foreword writer.

The brokers reel from Dean's sudden collapse and fret over Platinum's future. But the book release party must go on at Dean's publisher's house, even amid their uncertainty and worry. Meanwhile, one among them is about to reveal game-changing news that none were prepared for.
