Overview
Italy, 2025. The country survived the Great Crisis of 2008, but is in disarray, in economic default, and is hit by waves of out-of-control violence. Politics has lost all power, people no longer have homes or jobs; public order is in the hands of a militarized Provisional Authority headed by a President who lives in Città06, the capital. The streets are the undisputed kingdom of armed gangs and subversive movements, so, to educate the new recruits in obedience towards the regime, the children are forced to attend barracks schools. Any act of rebellion against the Provisional Authority and its teaching methods is punished with the deprivation of personal freedom. The Provisional Authority is developing a reality show, Under, to spectacularize the execution of antisocial and revolutionary subjects of all sorts. 13 boys are locked up in a bunker in the Alps and forced into forced coexistence in which in the end only one of them will be saved. The only law in there is that of violence: only the strongest will survive. Among the 13 there is also Alice, locked up in the bunker because, it would seem, she was in the wrong place at the wrong time. And he certainly can't imagine how his life will change forever in there.
