Overview
In the cross-border creative variety show "Jiangnan·Twelve Gatherings", about 100 amateurs from all over the country will experience and learn the traditional Chinese culture represented by Jiangnan in Wujiang, Suzhou, and carry out comprehensive training for about 6 months. The courses include cultural ethics, legal ideology and politics, artistic aesthetics, folk customs, stage form, etc. Senior performing artists and cultural instructors are invited to jointly cultivate a team of new learning actors starting from drama and facing the entertainment market in the future. Outstanding students are expected to become actors in Yanghua's annual drama "Jiangnan·Twelve Gatherings", which will be launched in October. They will star in historical celebrities related to Wujiang such as Tang Yin and Ji Cheng. They will showcase the beauty of Jiangnan from Wujiang's textile industry and silk culture to local traditional food, to the aesthetics of Suzhou gardens and the humanistic imagery of Chuihong Bridge. They will unfold the Chinese humanistic theater and promote the broad and profound Chinese national culture.
