Overview
Red Boy is a naughty and mischievous child who got into trouble for playing tricks on others on his birthday. Fortunately, under the protection of his parents, the Bull Demon King and the Iron Fan Princess, he successfully survived the storm and received a birthday gift - a one-horned pony. However, the one-horned pony is actually the incarnation of the heavenly fairy Pama Wen who was demoted to the mortal world. Paima Wen made Hong Haier very happy with his sweet words, and the two became good friends. However, in fact, Paima Wen initially pretended to be Hong Haier's friend in order to obtain the treasures from Hong Haier's family. After experiencing some difficulties and challenges, they finally became true friends. However, Honghaier's troubles did not end. He thought he would grow up after his birthday, but he learned that he would always be eight years old and could not grow up. This made him feel very sad, and Princess Iron Fan fell into heartache. Honghai'er struggled to survive in order to save his mother, but all his efforts were ineffective, and instead angered the nine-tailed fox. The nine-tailed fox deceived Red Boy and said that Tang Monk was the incarnation of Xiantao and that eating his flesh could cure heartache. Honghaier mistakenly believed this lie and decided to arrest Tang Seng. On his way to Tianzhu to obtain Buddhist scriptures, Tang Monk was attacked by Red Boy. Although Sun Wukong, Zhu Bajie and Sha Seng tried their best to protect Tang Seng, they were ultimately unable to resist Red Boy's cunning, and Tang Seng was eventually captured by Red Boy.
