Carrie and Jeremy share a long kiss. In his jail cell, Quentin tells Gerard he does not trust him.

The police investigation is closing, the detective goes to the morgue drawer and the body is missing.
Guthrie informs Laura about the missing body. Laura retaliates to Guthrie's inquiries by beginning to stare into the fire. At Collinwood, Guthrie collapses by the fireplace.
David distracts Laura allowing Guthrie to recover. David tells of how his mother was daydreaming while staring into the fire.
Guthrie and Caroline decide to ask Joe to help in removing Laura as a danger. Joe agrees to help.
Carolyn and Joe try to open the grave of Laura Collins' 1867 grave.
The opening of the coffin of 1867 Laura Collins is interrupted. A smell of Jasmine is noted and suddenly the coffin opens and they find....
both coffins are opened with nothing inside. Laura visits the caretaker at the cemetery and his book record of Laura is wiped out as is his memory of Laura's visit.
David sees himself in the fire burning up. they look at the news story of how Laura died, with a boy named David in her arms.
Roger is alarmed when he learns that the little boy wanted to burn up in his mother's arms and died.
Dr. Guthrie confronts Laura Collins about getting her power from fire.
Dr. Guthrie plans a second seance but Laura attacks him by staring at the fire.

The residents of Collinwood are surprised to discover that a previously unknown cousin from England, Barnabas Collins, has arrived in Collinsport to set down roots.
Carolyn grows more suspicious of the hold that Jason McGuire has over her mother, Elizabeth.
Victoria visits Barnabas in the ruins of the Old House and learns about the ancestral home's history and construction.
At the Blue Whale, Willie reappears with none of his old bravado and refuses to tell Jason where he's been; Jason notices blood on Willie's sleeve.
Willie is gravely ill and terrified to return to Collinwood under any circumstances.
Willie's illness grows worse and he begins to hear voices telling him what to do.
Barnabas visits Collinwood and asks Elizabeth and Roger for their permission to move into the dilapidated Old House.
Sheriff Patterson consults with Roger about recent cattle slayings, and Dr. Woodard examines Willie's injuries.
Jason and Willie sever their partnership, and Willie finds a new place to stay, the Old House.
Barnabas commissions Sam to paint a new portrait of himself to be displayed at the Old House.

Quentin again starts to strangle Maggie in the 'new' study. Elizabeth starts to believe the children are possessed.

Beth is caught by Judith bringing a doll into the home and Beth lies and said it is for Nora. Judith gets a windfall.
Edith reads the will to Edward, Quentin, and Carl
Edward is asleep when someone enters the room and sets his bed aflame.
Jenny escapes the room and tries to stab Judith.
Beth rescues Judith from being stabbed. Magda tries to stop the voodoo attack of Barnabas by Quentin.
Barnabas and Angelique discuss their past and the present that Barnabas traveled from to 1897. Jamison brings Barnabas' cane to Quentin as he tries to kill Barnabas using a voodoo curse.
Quentin warns Judith if she kills him he will come back and haunt her until her death. Jenny prepares to stab Quentin, ending him.
During a time together at the cottage, Quentin reveals he is married.
Barnabas needs Quentin alive to help David back in the present time. He asks for Angelique to bring Quentin back to life.
Quentin possesses Jamison. Rachel has a strange dream/vision.
Barnabas has a plan to put Quentin back in the coffin.
Barnabas reads a long-forgotten letter with directions on restoring Quentin's spirit from Jamison back to Quentin's body.
The Reverend Gregory Trask knocks at the door.
Judith decides that Jamison will go with Reverend Trask to attend Worthington Hall School.
Charity Trask appears at Collinwood and Barnabas finds a way to bite her.
Charity discusses her new bitten relationship with Barnabas. Edward and Barnabas discuss the need for the children to attend Trask's school. Edward and Nora see a frightening face in the fireplace.
Only Nora now saw her mother's face in the fire in the fireplace. Quentin is caught after stealing an envelope of money out of Beth's purse. Nora sees the entire hall outside of her bedroom on fire. Nora has a dream of chasing her mother into the woods.
Nora receives a good luck charm from her mother, Laura. Edward informs Trask the children will attend his school.
Laura blackmails Edward. Tim talks to Rachel when he comes to get the children for Trask.
After Angelique blackmails Barnabas with David's death, he agrees to be engaged, causing a heart-broken Rachel. Quentin arranges the death of Laura with Angelique.
Quentin tries to find Laura's broach. Minerva blackmails Rachel to return to school. Rachel goes to Magda to try to escape.
Rachel is still locked in the mausoleum secret Room. Tim tries to help Rachel.
Laura tries to remove Jamison and Nora from the school.
The school burned down, Nora is returned to Collinwood. Laura accesses her urn. Later Magda and Quentin find the hiding place of the urn.
Dirk is possessed by Laura and offered to her 'master'. Laura continues to become sicker.
Dirk's possessor, RA, helps Laura, and then brings back the scarab.
Charity's bite marks on her neck are revealed.
Sandar finds and opens Laura Stockbridge Collin's crypt that shows she died in 1785.
Quentin receives a telegram from Alexandria.
Barnabas uses a spell from an ancient book to summon Laura to him.
Dirk with power of Ra heals Laura. Laura is very disturbed to find out that Jenny is alive and living at Collinwood. Jenny learns that Quentin is not dead.
Jenny gets a knife and goes out to find Quentin. Barnabas sends Jenny upstairs to find beauty items to get ready for Quentin.
Jenny is locked up to keep her safe from Quentin, Magda checks on her and Jenny admits she was a gypsy but is now a Collins. Magda believes Jenny is possessed.
Jenny attacks Quentin and Beth while they were kissing. Jenny ends up strangled by Quentin.
Quentin learns Magda is his sister-in-law when she threatens him to protect Jenny. Magda showed her 'hexing' hand to Quentin and he backs down.
Quentin and Beth plot against Jenny and kiss passionately which Jenny sees and becomes infuriated.
Magda begins the curse of Quentin as revenge for killing her sister, Jenny.
Quentin drinks Magda's curse potion.
Dorcas Trilling tattles to Trask about Rachel going to Collinswood. Quentin wakes up in the foyer at Collinswood with clothes in tatters.
the Collins' attorney Evan advises Quentin on breaking the curse and tells Beth to go far far away tonight!
Quentin is held back from Beth by the pentagram in chalk on the carpet
Beth searches the woods for Jamison carrying a pistol, and the werewolf pounces down on her from high upon a rock, and is rescued by Barnabas and his silver-headed cane.
Laura casts a spell to trap Barnabas at dawn and Barnabas disappears.
Laura finds Barnabas' coffin and puts a stake over his heart, holds a mallet back to strike...
As Laura hits the stake over Barnabas' sleeping body, Angelique stops her and they wrestle for control.
David interrupts Angelique's spell on Laura.
Angelique was burned up. Laura writes a letter revealing Barnabas' secret. Dirk is given the sealed letter to give to Judith.
Angelique created a duplicate that Laura used all her energy to burn up. Laura, power depleted, is about to be forced to return to RA when she convinces Edward to start a fire. Laura then tries to burn Jamison and Nora up in the room.
Kids are rescued. Quentin seeks Evan's help in calling on the devil to remove his curse.
Instead of the devil, Trask catches Evan and Quentin practicing black magic calling upon the devil himself. Later, Minerva and Trask argue about his interest in Judith.
Magda is very upset when she is told of Jenny's small children living in town and moves to protect the young boy from the curse of Quentin. A plan to kill is put into play.
Quentin is apparently shot in the chest while a werewolf but gets away. Beth is bitten by Barnabas.
The family home is invaded by the werewolf, Magda attempts to find him with her silver bullet loaded gun at the ready.
the spirit of Dorcas Trilling visits Quentin, and appears in the mirror. A dream to Jamison says David Collins is dead.
Jamison recounts a dream to Barnabus.
Dirk is crazed by Laura's influence. He attacks Barnabas!
Barnabas recovers from the five gunshot wounds inflicted by Dirk, and bites him. Dirk had told Jamison about the coffin in the old house's basement and he tells his father.
Jamison convinces his dad that there is a coffin in the old house's basement and Edward goes to the old house and Barnabas shows him the basement where there is no coffin.
Carl brings Panzy who uses an article of Dirk's and claims someone in the room killed Dirk.
Carl continues to try to locate Panzy Faye. Charity goes to Tim and calls off the engagement. Tim serves a special tea to Minerva.
Minerva dies from the poison tea. Evan Handley appears and hypnotizes Tim Shaw removing his memory and programming to kill Minerva. Evan tries to frame Rachel, too, but Tim escapes to the old abandoned house to the cellar, where he discovers a coffin. (possible blooper: Evan throws the gun on the bed before he grabs Rachel's arm. He locks Rachel in the room with the gun?).
Upset, Tim bites Dirk. Confronting Edith Collins, Dirk bites Edith. While searching for Tim, Rachal find and opens the coffin finding it empty. She hears steps and calls out to Tim, but is is Dirk.
Dirk strangles Edward until he is unconscious. Dirk gives commands to Judith. Barnabas prepares his gun with silver bullets and puts it on the mantle. Dirk arrives and Barnabas is prevented from getting the gun and using it on Dirk. Rachel is happy to see Judith come down the cellar stairs until she sees Judith point the gun at her.
Rachel dies of her three gunshot wounds. Judith is summoned by Dirk to his coffin. Edward follows and opens the coffin.
Trask's plans foiled, he lies to the police clearing Tim. Judith recalls killing Rachel. Tim appears to begin blackmailing Judith for a job. Pansy seems to be haunting Collinwood.
Barnabas is sad over death of Rachel, Carl is not finding comfort in Judith about his loss of Pansy. Magda returned from Boston, and showed Barnabas a box with a hand in it. Carl dreams of Pansy. Barnabas makes plans for the night at the mausoleum. Carl is directed in his dream by Pansy to go to the same mausoleum.
Quentin locks Carl in the crypt to be dealt with by Barnabas come sundown. Magda asks Angelique to help Barnabas.
Flask is told of Barnabas in the secret room by Carl. they go to the room and nothing is in it. Carl is strangled by Barnabas. Trask confronts Barnabas in the old house and tries to catch him going down for the daytime.
Edward and Trask discover the secret room with Barnabas' coffin and prepare it so he can't use it. Edward catches someone in the basement while he holding his pistol.
The hunt goes on for Barnabas as Edward and Trask try to end him. Little Nora catches Barnabas in mid-bite.
Barnabas glamours Nora into forgetting seeing Barnabas feeding on Charity's neck. The legendary hand of Osden visits Charity healing her of the Vampire bite. Dawn is at hand, Barnabas goes to his coffin but Evan is there with a cross.
Evan tries to blackmail to get the Hand of Osden. Judith accepts Trask's proposal.
Judith and Trask return to Collinwood after running off and getting married. We find that Evan is not dead but disfigured and unable to speak and mindless. Time is at hand and Quentin begins to change into the werewolf, Magda begins to chant to the hand.
The full moon tonight forces Quentin to make the decision to use the hand, but he changes into the werewolf again, and is caught in a bear trap set by police. Trask begins trying to be the master of Collinwood. Charity has a long dream sequence with Quentin.
Edward keeps watch on the cell with the werewolf. dawn comes and Edward is shocked.
Quentin changes back to human form but the hand has caused his face to be badly disfigured and Edward does not recognize Quentin in the cell. Quentin when questioned in the jail cell seems to be inhabited by the owner of the hand. Judith is possessed by Minerva Trask and takes a sharp letter opener and begins to attack Evan Handley.
Evan and Trask work out a plan to manipulate Judith with Minerva's ghostly spirit.
Evan and Trask continue to try to confuse Judith. Barnabas breaks Quentin, still disfigured, from the jail cell, telling him to go immediately to the old house. Instead, Quentin, still confused goes to Collinwood and finds Judith in the drawing room. Minerva appears and raises the sharp letter opener to strike...
Quentin, still unrecognizable, saves Judith from the knife attack and confirms he can see Minerva, too. Quentin arrives at Evan's place and fights with Evan to search for the hand.
Aristede, a young man with a fancy dagger threatens Quentin to give him the box with the hand in it. Quentin and Magda make plans to summon Angelique. Evan comes to and talks with Angelique, while Quentin and Magda continue to chant for her to come to them. Angelique appears at the old house front door and Quentin believes it was their chants that got her there. They explain the hand situation to her. Angelique appears walking toward Aristede and flirts with him and then borrows a handkerchief to make a voodoo doll.
Angelique chokes Aristede until he reveals where he buried the box with the hand. Edward tells Beth to accompany him to take Judith to a Rest home to be committed. Victor finds Aristede and wakes him while on the sidewalk. Angelique demands Quentin agree to marry her in return for her help, and he agrees. Angelique does incantations to the hand and it appears on Quentin's chest. He clutches his chest and appears to be unconscious. Quentin's hand changes to the hand of the werewolf but it isn't a full moon. Victor observes the change from outside watching through a window.
Victor and Aristede make plans to get the hand in the box. Angelique seems to be called by Barnabas to the old house. Aristede introduces himself to the pretty young gypsy Julianka. She is looking for Magda. Julianka agrees to take the curse from Quentin in return for the hand in the box Victor finds the werewolf and appears to be able to control it.
Aristede has Quentin tied up and sets up a killing blade mounted on a swinging pendulum. Barnabas glamours Julianka and demands she removes Quentin's curse. Aristede attempts to blackmail Angelique using Quentin's life which will end unless she agrees in a mere 28 minutes.
The pendulum continues to get closer and closer to killing Quentin. Angelique and Barnabas actually work together to learn Quentin's location from Aristede. Julianka searches for herbs in the woods needed for the ceremony to remove the curse from Quentin.
Julianka was found dead in the woods with a mark on her head. Magda and Barnabas have a revelation about the record of the day Quentin died. The book is unclear. Barnabas and Magda perform a seance to contact Julianka's spirit.
Sandor knocks at the door, falls forward with knife in his back, dead. Quentin is still depressed knowing no one can lift his curse of the werewolf. Quentin sees Victor and Aristede talking by the gazebo and tells Barnabas that they must be involved together. Quentin learns of his two unknown children that were hidden away. Barnabas, in his coffin, Magda gets a hatchet.
After Magda chops the hand with a hatchet and burns it in the fireplace it reappears unharmed.
Somehow Tim is now able to use the hand at his will. he visits Evan and when refused help, the hand is used to force Evan to tell Tim all about the hand. Evan confesses to forcing Tim to kill Minerva and reveals Trask made him do it. Later, Victor's true identity is revealed!
Victor, now known to be Count Petofi. Evan reveals that Tim has the hand and a search for Tim finds he left town on the night train. Jamison rejoins the cast and is saying goodbye to Victor (Count Preofi). After Victor leaves, Jamison seems to be possesed by the Count.
Edward returns, apparently from visiting Judith at the insane asylum. Quentin fills him in on all the events since he left including the fact he had twins (that Edward had hidden from Quentin's knowledge). Jamison (possessed by Count Petofi) kisses Beth on the cheek instructing her to find Barnabas, and she begins to go to him saying Barnabas is her master. Edward, infuriated, loads his gun with silver bullets. Quentin follows Beth to Barnabas' new hiding place. Barnabas has not summoned Beth. At Collinwood, Edward discovers that Jamison has a fake right hand that his own is missing. Jamison now kisses Edward on the cheek and when talked to by Quentin does not know he is Edward, but believes he is a stranger in town.
A confused Quentin learns that Edward believes he is a very experienced unemployed man-servant. Quentin and Charity stash Edward in the tower room to keep him safe. A painter arrives and Jamison answers the door saying he had commissioned his services to paint a portrait. Charity, upset that Quentin ignored her request for private time with him in the drawing room, slaps him and says he wants to go to town to be with a loose woman. Charity calls her father, Trask who is in Portland, but has to leave a message. Jamison kisses Charity on the cheek and the return call comes and she talks with a Pansy type accent saying she 'don't know a soul in Portland' and hangs up. Quentin finds the painter in the drawing room already sketching for a painting of Quentin. Charity in voice of Pansy tells Quentin that he killed his brother Carl.
Trask arrives to find Charity acting as if she is Pansy Faye and she does the hoochie coochie dance and song. he slaps her bringing her out of it. Barnabas interrogates Evan who states he wants nor knows anything about the hand. Charity reports to Trask that Jamison is not in any room. Trask enforces that he is the master of the house. Trask goes to see Evan and demands a letter be executed so that he is the sole controller of Collinwood. Jamison as the Count, appears to a sleeping Evan who awakens and begins writing. Back at Collinwood, Charity is again possessed by Pansy Faye. Trask puts her on her knees and they pray. Evan arrives and tells Trask he has a document for him to sign, and he does without reading the document. Trask has signed a confession along with Evan confessing to killing Minerva. Trask burns the document but it reappears on the desk, undamaged.
Possessed Jamison continues exposing 'truths'. Charity reads the invincible document signed by her father saying he and Evan killed Charity's mother, Minerva. Jamison warns Magda he has a truth to reveal about her, too. Minerva menaces her husband Trask.
Jamison/Petofi still locked in the cell tries to hypnotize Magda to get free. We learn the famous painter's talent is given by Petofi and that the painter (Charles Edward Tate) will lose his granted talent if Petofi dies. Aristede sets out to destroy Barnabas in his coffin.
Petofi finds the 1965 book and realizes time travel has happened. Having dreamed that Quentin left her for a woman with dark hair, Charity seeks Magda to interpret the dream. Aristede forces Magda to tell the history of the book from 1965, of Victoria Winters. Charity stumbles on something in the woods.
Charity discovers an unconscious Quentin in the woods with tattered clothing and accuses him of being the monster. She finds nearby the dark haired girl that is all bloody and injured. Quentin tells Charity not to tell about him. Charity goes to Collinwood, Jamison tells of the girl. Trask goes to get the girl, brings her to Collinwood, to a bedroom. The girl sees Quentin and dies of fright.
the dark-haired woman dead, Mrs Fillmore and tells Quentin that his daughter has the same problem as his son did before he died. Magda suggests getting the pendant from the neck of Aristede. Quentin fights Aristede and rips the pendant off him and puts it on his daughter. Magda calls for the spirit of Julianka. A spirit appears...
They called for the spirit of Julienka to help the girl, but the girl's mother Jenny shows up to cure the baby. Edward as the butler is choking Quentin.
Nora screams when she see's her father choking Quentin. Tim Gives the wrapped hand to Amanda Harris to hide in her hotel room. Amanda goes to Collinwood to begin a con on Trask. Quentin searches Tim's hotel room for the hand but does not find it before Amanda and Tim return. Finding the room in a mess he hatches a plan to put the hand in Nora's room at Collinwood for safe-keeping.
Nora's curiosity got the best of her and she unwraps the package but is unable to open the box inside. Aristede and Jamison as Petofi decide to get the information on the hand from Tim and Amanda. Jamison tortures Nora to find the box.
Quentin stumbles across unconscious Jamison/Petofi in the woods and takes him and the hand to the caretaker's cottage and Barnabas. Barnabas communicates with Aristede through Jamison/Petofi and is directed to the old mill building. Barnabas strikes a deal to provide the hand to heal Petofi in exchange for removing the curse from Quentin. They place the hand on Victor/Petofi's chest and leave the room. Petofi laughs in the other room and emerges with the hand reattached.
Petofi cannot go against the gypsies to honor Aristede's deal. Petofi wants Barnabas to get him to 1969. Petofi forces Magda to take him to Barnabas' coffin.
Jamison thinks he is David Collins (we know, from the future). He recognizes Nora as Amy. Quentin seeks help for David from Victor/Count Petofi.
Petofi continues to try to force Barnabas how to go to the year 1969. Barnabas summons Beth, but Petofi convinces her to not help Barnabas.
Charity wants to tell her secret and Petofi takes her voice away.
In Charity's vision told to Petofi, Aristede is killed by an executioner in a cloak. Petofi appears to cause Charity to be possessed by Pansy. Petofi has Aristede dig up Abraham Howell. Magda finds a note on the door.
Tim continues to draw a girl we can't yet see. Amanda tells Tim she has no memory of her life before the last two years. Tim sends Amanda to see Petofi, who knows it is her image that Tim is painting. Petofi commissions Tate to decorate a severed hand (from the grave) to look like his own hand. Magda arrives at the old house to find King johnny Romano ransacking the house to find the hand. Magda denies knowing where it is. King Johnny continues searching until he finds the box, Inside, to Magda's amazement, is Petofi's hand.
King Johnny finds the hand in a box to the surprise of Magda who knows the hand is on Count Petofi's body. Aristede has the spirit of the owner of the replacement hand invade his room at Collinwood. King Johnny learns the hand is not the real hand and blames Magda for the switch.
Trask continues to try to fix Charity's possession by Pansy Faye who predicts Trask's death by rope. Trask gets to meet Tim's Amanda and is drawn to her beauty. Trask tries to get Amanda to move into Collinwood. Tim finally replaces the necklace he borrowed for Nora's bribe to hide the wrapped box (the hand). Charles now meets the model he has never seen that is on the portraits and drawings that he has done repeatedly.
Quentin tries to blackmail Petofi to release Barnabas. Charity sees Quentin kissing Beth and sets out to poison her. Quentin writes a letter and gives it to Beth, but lies to Petofi and says he gave it to Angelique to deliver if Quentin does not return by 1:00 AM.
Magda gives an antidote to Beth to revive her. Quentin rescues Barnabas from the locked coffin. Barnabas has the mark of Petofi that keeps him from turning into a bat nor materializing/dematerializing. Quentin smuggles Barnabas into Beth's room at Collinwood where Beth apologizes for not coming when summoned due to Petofi. Magda tries to talk Istvan into both fleeing.
Magda is forced into a trial by spirits of sypsies. she calls for Sandor as a witness but he doesn't know events since he was in Boston at the time. The spirits are sent to hunt Magda down and she dispatches the first one. She is approached by but rejects Sandor's offer to take her to the land of the dead. Istvan and King Johnny advance on Magda, closer, closer,...
Barnabas stops King Johnny from killing Magda by offering the hand of Petofi back to King Johnny.
King Johnny is stabbed in the back by Aristede before he can chop off Petofi's hand. King Johnny proclaims that within 9 nights he will grant another gypsy the control of Petofi's hand. Angelique is recognized as Cassandra by Jamison/David. Quentin agrees to marry Angelique so that David and Edward are cured. Petofi attempts to recruit Quentin to join him in evilness. the gold scimitar is missing.
Jamison's possession by David is ended. Pansy hears Edward who is no longer possessed by a man servant demanding to be let out, and offers to find a key to let him out of the locked room. She lets him out but has not returned to herself (Charity). Quentin is back to normal now, too. Charity/Pansy overhears that Quentin and Angelique are to become married and later tries to stab Quentin with the letter opener.
Charity as Pansy tells Magda of her vision of Quentin's death on September 10. Back from the sanatarium, Trask learns that Jamison and Edward have recovered. Trask gets a message from a spirit about the beast in the house. Quentin in his room is visited by the spirit of Tessie, one that was killed by the beast. Quentin is locked in chains with Magda watching over the beast to come with a gun and silver bullets, is found by Trask.
Trask locks up Quentin in the Collinwood Jail. Angelique attempts to stop Trask but Petofi interferes. Trask awaits the change to werewolf.
Quentin does not turn into the werewolf and Trask admits he was wrong. At the inn, Amanda tells time time to leave Collinsport. Quentin finds a painting in his room with a cover over it.
Charles Delaware Tate believes his painting of Amanda created her two years ago. Amanda and Quentin are caught kissing by Trask while Quentin's music plays. Tate paints a still scene then adds a vase not present and it suddenly appears on the table.
Magda tells Barnabas of Charity/Pansy's vision of Quentin's death on September 10th and that it happens in the tower. They make a plan for Barnabas to do back to the present time and get Quentin who shot him. Petofi begins to join forces with Edward to destroy Barnabas.
in 1897, Barnabas is destroyed by Edward. Before burning in the sun, Barnabas writes a letter to hide in a secret compartment in the desk.
Julia convinces the spirit of Beth to reveal what happened to Quentin and David so she can get the information to Barnabas when she eventually saves him in the past.
Julia appears in the past but can not speak and appears disoriented. Quentin rescues Barnabas from the cell preventing his death.
Quentin rebuffs Petofi entering his locked room, but relents when Jamison knocks and is very nice to him, Quentin leaves the room before September 10 is ended. Beth opens the poison bottle to pour into a glass for herself. Jamison convinces her to not take her life since he loves her. Jamison confronts Quentin, interrupting Quentin and Angelique. Jamison tells Quentin about Beth trying to poison herself. Jamison rejects Quentin saying he hates him. Beth knocks before the stroke of midnight. She pulls a pistol on Quentin.
1 AM at Collinwood, Julia tells of her vision where David is suddenly not dead. Barnabas wants to stay to help Chris Jennings who has something to do with the maternal side of David's lineage.
Aristede kidnaps Julia before Barnabas can get his second part shot to remove his vampire curse.
Tate continues to try to figure out why Amanda appeared when he painted her and the vase appeared. Tate tells Amanda that he created her by painting her picture two years ago. Petofi uses the rods but is attacked by a hand with a scimitar.
Julia's form wasn't hurt by the bullet. Angelique refuses to work with Petofi. Julia and Angelique agree to work together. Tate proves to Amanda that he created her by creating another person with just a drawing.
Amanda tells Tim about the created man, and they together go see Tate and find the man. Tate steals the man. Tate comes in with a gun...
Tate wants the created man gone and shoots him dead and the man vanishes. Tim offers booze to Tate loosening his tongue about Petofi and learns of Petofi's plan to kill Barnabas to force Julia into showing him how to time travel. Barnabas and Quentin discuss how they can proceed. Quentin reminds Barnabas they were friends among enemies. Quentin tells Barnabas that Petofi is still after Julia's time travel abilities. Maggie returns as Lady Hampshire who has decided to come 'home'. Petofi suddenly slashes Quentin's face but it makes the painting bleed instead. Barnabas and the Lady Hampshire.
Quentin battles with himself about killing Barnabas. He deals with Julia, Barnabas, and Charity/Pansy about Barnabas. Barnabas gives up his reason for being in the past because he saw what he believes is a reincarnation of his beloved Josette.
Edward returns and greets "Kitty" (Lady Katherine). She reveals her husband killed himself. Kitty finds a mysterious music box.
Tim goes to Petofi to tell of Barnabas' death. Petofi doesn't care since he wanted to force Julia to return to 1969. At Collinwood Quentin tells Petofi he plans to reject Angelique and marry Amanda. Pelosi blackmails Quentin into watching Julia night and day. Petofi talks Tim into experimenting with the rods. Tim sees a vision with the rods of Quentin and Amanda.
Tim Shaw tries to talk Amanda out of loving Quentin. Quentin proposes to Amanda to run off with him. Tate arrives to talk to Amanda but she does not want to talk now and leaves. Tate reveals his ability to create a person by drawing them. After Tate sneaks into Amanda's bedroom and reveals he told Quentin about how she was created, Amanda begins packing. Tate in a fit of jealousy, steals Quentin's portrait.
Lady Katherine accuses Petofi of trying to fool her with the appearance of the music box. Quentin goes to the rectory to ask Julia to let Amanda stay with her until the two can depart Collinwood in the morning. Beth finds Aristede at the Old Mill building. Lady Katherine asks Quentin if he recognizes the music box. Petofi gives Aristede grief for being gone so long. Julia loads her syringe. Petofi arrives at the rectory to poison Julia.
Quentin and Amanda talk early in the morning at the rectory before time to leave for the morning train. Trask arrives at Collinwood upset that Amanda is gone and blames Quentin. Nora finds Quentin packing, and is sent by Quentin with a note to give to Amanda at the rectory. Quentin confronts Tate about the stolen painting after Petofi told him he did not take it. Trask follows Nora and takes the note from her at the rectory. Trask lies to Amanda. Quentin leaves for the station where we see the train 'all aboard' but Amanda is alone.
Quentin arrives at the station happy to see Amanda, but when he addresses her, he finds it is not his Amanda at all and that the train has already left the station. Petofi gets Tate to admit he stole the painting of Quentin, has him paint a picture of Petofi's perfect woman, and then holds Tate's hands for a moment then leaves. Tate begins to paint another picture and finds he can't seem to paint.
Quentin is blackmailed into not getting on the train. Lady Katherine attacks Angelique. Angelique tells David she will wed Quentin in a week. Angelique visits Lady Katherine in a dream.
Lady Katherine talks to a picture of Barnabas now back in the foyer of Colllinwood. Angelique takes something to Julia and arranges for more tomorrow. Julia warns Angelique of Petofi's power and Angelique agrees his power is strong. Petofi later startles Angelique in the woods and after catching up to her in the foyer at Collinwood, threatens him with raising the ghost of King Johnny. Petofi asks Quentin about starting a new life.
Petofi controls Quentin via the ring that Quentin believes is making him able to read some minds like Lady Katherine. He tells Lady Katherine that he knows she is penniless and hopes to marry Edward.
Quentin, wearing Petofi's ring, wanders talking and confusing himself and others. At the Blue Whale, Quentin plays a piano for Charity/Pansy and afterwards says he doesn't know how to play. Beth declares she loves Quentin. Beth goes to Quentin in the Drawing Room at Collinwood and tries to awaken him.
Beth goes to Quentin, then Petofi clutches his head in pain, and then collapses. Quentin awakens relieving a worried Beth. Quentin embrace and kiss deeply and Beth is told to go to the Cottage while he talks to Angelique. Beth is alarmed why Quentin is wearing Petofi's ring. Petofi recovers, and seems very confused. Quentin arrives with what Petofi wants, a mirror!
Quentin's body with Petofi's mind goes to Collinwood but Trask and Edward seem to know something is different. Petoifi's body with Quentin's mind is in the cottage. Edward and Quentin talk about dealing with Trask controlling Elizabeth's money. Edward says he will marry Lady Katherine as she is very rich owning a county in England. Aristede finds a prostitute intending that she go through the door via the rods. She refuses so Quentin/Petofi uses the power of the hand to make her go through the door.
Quentin/Petofi bury the prostitute's skeleton while Petofi/Quentin watches and talks. Stokes from 1969 speaks to Julia in the past. Julia talks to Petofi/Quentin to verify he is actually Quentin.
Quentin/Petofi talks to Lady Katherine, he can't convince her he is Quentin, so forces her pretending to have the power of the hand to obtain Quentin's portrait. Nora and Lady Katherine talk and Nora asks if she is going to marry her father, Quentin. Lady Katherine looks for the painting of Quentin and is caught in the act.
Lady Katherine is caught searching Quentin's room for the Quentin painting demanded by Petofi/Quentin. Kitty pretends to Edward to faint and not know she was in the room. Kitty and Angelique discuss Julia's disappearance. Petofi/Quentin demands of Edward why he and Kitty were in 'his' room. Petofi/Quentin reveals that Kitty's husband was released from prison for stealing jewels. Edward and Quentin find Kitty in the foyer and try to talk to her but she evades and goes to the Blue Whale where she talks to Pansy Faye and arranges a seance. Quentin and Edward are in the Drawing room where Edward accepts being his Best Man for Petofi/Quentin's wedding to Angelique. Angelique has a change of heart.
The hooded person that came during the seance was Judith. Edward is surprised that all of Trask's visits to her were a lie. Petofi/Quentin pretends to be Petofi to convince Lady Katherine to get the portrait of Quentin. He then decides to try to fool Judith into believing he is the real Petofi. Lady Katherine in her room finds a note and hears Josette's music box. Judith convinces Pansy Faye to move back into Collinwood. Petofi/Quentin fools Judith that he is really Petofi.
Petofi/Quentin sees the spirit and Lady Katherine and offers his assistance to return to Collinwood. Petoif/Quentin goes to see Evan who has never met Petofi, and Evan agrees to try a seance if Petofi/Quentin can arrange to get Quentin/Petofi without arousing his suspicion. Tricked, Quentin/Petofi is set upon with ether dampened cloth over his nose and he passes out.
Petofi/Quentin is not affected by Evan's incantations. Quentin/Petofi, Edward, and Judith are in the drawing room chatting about Trask and how he lied about visiting Judith at the sanitarium Edward tells Judith about the woman (Amanda) that Trask brought into Collinwood while Judith was gone. Evan begins to dig in the graveyard on a new patch of land. Trask arrives at Collinwood and Edward talks to him not mentioning that Judith is back. Trask says she is much worse didn't even know him when he visited her at the sanitarium. Trask sees Judith and freezes and .Edward tells that he just told him that she was not well. Petofi/Quentin tells Evan the grave he is digging is for Evan to be buried alive.
Evan talks Quentin/Petofi out of burying him alive. Angelique tells Charity that she has postponed it not Quentin. Charity is happy and says she has more time to try to get Quentin for herself. Quentin arrives as Charity leaves and Quentin laments to her that he wishes they could go ahead with the wedding now. Pansy buys a painting of Amanda from an unwilling seller, Tate. Angela is caught going underground via a trap door by Evan. Petofi finds Evan knocked out at the bottom of the trap door area. Charity sees Quentin and declares to Angelique that he isn't Quentin in his body.
Pansy/Angelique proves Quentin/Petofi is not really Quentin by using a series of verbal questions and describes the old mill building basement where the real Quentin is located. Angelique goes to talk to Pelosi (not knowing still that it is Quentin's mind in his body), and says they agreed not to interfere with each other's business. Pelosi/Quentin does not know of the agreement. Petofi/Quentin causes Angelique to faint or worse.
Angelique recovers but is in an underground cavern with Barnabas' coffin, locked with chains. Quentin has captured her and she is locked into the cavern. Lady Katherine is caught by Edward in the foyer of Collinwood walking in a trance clutching a skeleton key. Lady Katherine takes the key to Josette's room at the Old House, pours two drinks and waits. Footsteps are heard.
The footsteps belonged to Petofi/Quentin. Angelique, in the cave, beats the lock on Barnabas' casket. Angelique convinces Aristede to let her out of the cave.
Barnabas ends up at the doctor's office. Edward resists Petofi/Quentin's desire to kill him with a silver bullet to the heart. Edward decides to let the rising sun end Barnabas.
Edward is convinced he must help care for Barnabas since the one they know is still in the coffin, staked. Charity displays the portrait of Amanda in the drawing room.
Quentin/Petofi uses Charity's psychic to test if Barnabas is the same man she met before. Judith learns of the new Barnabas. It is revealed how Pansy/Charity paid for the portrait of Lady Katherine. Edward announces his engagement to Lady Katherine.
Barnabas and Angelique reveal their plan to defeat Petofi to Quentin/Petofi. Charles Delaware Tate uses the rods and reveals what is behind that door.
Petofi/Quentin plans for his trip to the future by having a suitcase buried with money and jewels and Quentin's portrait that he can dig up in the future.
Petofi is pulled back to 1897 by Beth. Barnabas confronts Petofi/Quentin.
Petofi/Quentin puts the hand on Barnabas to make him a vampire again, but it doesn't work. Pansy/Charity talks to Petofi/Quentin saying she knows it is Quentin behind the glasses. Barnabas kisses Josette/Lady Katherine. Petofi/Quentin finds out the gypsies are here searching for him.
Barnabas convinces Quentin/Petofi to meditate to get the strength to take over his own body and to use 'his' hand. Tim, not believing Beth, returns with Petofi/Quentin.
After Beth falls from Widow's Hill, Quentin is mistaken by Aristide to be Petofi/Quentin and is told to kill the old body of 'Petofi'.
After Aristide stabs the real Potofi by stabbing him, Charles Delaware Tait checks and Petofi is still alive. Aristide sets off to kill Quentin. Garth Blackwood is painted by Tate per Petofi's direction.
Aristide is on the run and is put in Evan Handley's care for an hour. Garth Blackwood enters and chokes Evan and begins searching his home for Aristide.
Judith hears Trask's story from Tim, and about his dating another woman in town, even after Judith and Trask were married. She enlists Shaw's help to get revenge.
Trask finds out just how isolated he is in his 'prison'. Beth appears to Trask and to Quentin. King Johnny's wife surprises Aristide, and they strike a deal, together.
Blackwood attacks Petofi and Tate, but the hand is used to stop him. Pansy is happy Quentin is back in his body, but later sees a vision.
Pansy/Charity and Barnabas try to keep Quentin from falling asleep before the train leaves. Barnabas convinces Angelique to attempt to help Quentin.
Petofi, out of options since Quentin left town, begins to take over Barnabas' body
It appears that Petofi and Blackwood were consumed by the fire. Elizabeth torments Trask using the phone. Trask finds a terrible surprise. Kitty (Lady Katherine) accepts Barnabas' marriage proposal and will marry tonight!
Barnabas finds himself back in 1795, on the eve of the date Josette died. Natalie, Ben Stokes, and Barnabas all try to keep Josette safe.
Natalie stops Josette from plunging to her death on Widow's Hill. Millicent watches over Josette while Natalie talks to Barnabas who forces her to to his bidding by biting her on the neck. Barnabas leaves to go to the old house but somehow is transported to some kind of Aztec pagan ceremonial site. Josette takes out a vial of poison....
Barnabas' is still unconscious on a ceremonial platform in an unknown time/place. Julia does not notice someone following her around the Collinwood property. Julia hears voices Julia is caught by the man that was in the old house.
Caroline takes Julia to a new Antiques store in Collinsport and introduces owners Megan and Phillip Todd.
Barnabas reappears but seems different to Julia. He holds a box and is very strict that Julia not touch the box. Stokes takes Caroline to speak to Sabrina (who saw Chris change to a werewolf).
The antique shop owners are contacted asking to obtain the painting Julia purchased at any price. Barnabas gives Caroline a lucky pendant (pentagram) to protect her from the werewolf.
Barnabas identifies who must be given the box. The mysterious man talks to Maggie. The antique shop owners begin to open the box.
Barnabas talks to Megan in her dream telling her she is the chosen one. She must prepare the room to keep in total darkness. Philip begins to carry out the commands.
Paul Stoddard tells his story to a reluctant to listen Carolyn. She arranges with the antique shop to have him leave messages for her there. David steals something.
Megan is concerned that the baby she is caring for has a high fever but will not seek medical assistance. David plots to burn the huge book he stole from the antique store. Later, Megan frantically runs into the Antique store telling Maggie someone is trying to kill her. The door opens...
The door opened... but it is only Julia, who notices a birthmark on the ill baby. At Collinwood, Julia shows the Charles Delaware Tate painting she purchased to the mysterious buyer. The buyer Olivia, apparently is the created Amanda but is being played the actress that plays Maggie, but claims she is Amanda's great granddaughter.
David is in a candle-lit cave under the Altar. Caroline, after weeks of waiting, goes to the cottage and tells Chris what Sabrina said about being a dangerous creature. She leaves and Chris makes plans to commit suicide with a gun, leaving a note. Carolyn hears a voice at the old house coming from behind the bookcase but Barnabas appears at the stairs and claims to be testing some electronics (in a house without electricity). Megan at the antique shop becomes very scared as someone tries to enter the shop (door is locked)...
...but it is only Philip who attacks Megan choking her. A few minutes later all was forgiven it seems. David now appears and acts as if he is now in charge of them and gives directions and drugs to give to the baby. Chris goes to Collinwood and Julia helps him to identify the woman who appeared to him. Chris learns he is a Collins, one of Jenny's twins, and a male decendent of Quentin who bears the werewolf curse.
Paul Stoddard tries to clean off the snakehead tattoo off his wrist. Caroline visits him at the inn. Paul marks a pentagram on the floor and lights candles at the points and sits in a chair inside the star feeling safe until the doorknob starts to slow turn...
Paul is hounded by the debt collector, but Paul does not know what payment they are speaking of nor of any debt he owes.
A distraught Paul Stoddard tries to back out of the deal made 20 years ago but Barnabas declines. Paul fires his gun at Barnabas.
Paul shoots Barnabas but the gun had no bullets now. David is almost caught by Aunt Elizabeth as he read a passage out loud from the book. David tears out an advertisement for clothing and leaves late at night to shop. Paul tries to convince Elizabeth to take Caroline on a world cruise trip.
David escapes Elizabeth finding him late at night at the antique store. Olivia has the Tate painting xray examined finding the original image is underneath a new painting (remember that Quentin's special image was painted over in the 'past'). Chris manages to get Olivia's signature.
Elizabeth shares her bad feelings about the antique shop with Carolyn. Carolyn tells Barnabas that she has found a wonderful man when he shopped at the antique store. There is the sound of a car skidding to a halt and someone was struck by the car.
In the hospital, Grant is examined by Julia who wonders if he isn't Quentin. At the antique shop the baby comes down the stairs after a growth spurt overnight.
Caroline is told the baby was returned and their nephew Alexander Todd has come to visit. Elizabeth discloses at the end a surprise.
Barnabas changes his mind on killing Quentin in the hospital. Quentin speaks not knowing anything, even his name, since he woke up in the hospital.Barnabas tells Elizabeth that someone will 'take care of Paul'.
Alexander visits Collinwood and tells David to give him his just received gift to him. Paul can't convince anyone but Maggie that there is a conspiracy going on. Roger is very upset that Paul is now living in the Collinwood home. Paul hears breathing behind the curtains in the hall like the sounds from the box.
Paul finds that behind the curtain is not Alexander, but 8 year old Carolyn. Paul is confused as little Carolyn keeps disappearing and changing back to Alexander.
Olivia tries to help Grant remember he is Quentin and she is his Amanda. She tries to get him to hum 'his song'. Professor Stokes works on discovering the portrait that is behind the 'landscape' painting. Stokes hires an expert to remove the top painting and they are surprised the partial picture so far is Amanda.
Quentin hears his 'song' but does not recognize it when played by Julia. Amy hears the loud breathing sound coming from Alexander's room at the antique store and slowly opens the door, then screams!
Amy lost her voice after the scare in Alexander's room at the antique shop. Julia sets out to see Charles Edward Tate.
Julia meets a very strange Charles Edward Tate who refuses to assist. David reads a passage out of the book and he and Elizabeth are summoned to Alexander's room, who again has had a growth spurt and says his name is Michael. Julia meets Michael and notices the same birthmark on his wrist as Alexander had.
Leviathons try to force Barnabas to kill Julia. A bat attacks Barnabas who now has become a vampire again.
Barnabas finds that his becoming a vampire again was a dream or the spell was removed. Barnabas decides the only way to save Julia is to make her part of the Leviathon people. Julia tries to speak to Philip at Collinwood but Elizabeth blocks her access. Julia shows Olivia (really it is Amanda) the image that was under the landscape picture that is now restored. They find Chris may have changed into the werewolf.
Paul tries to leave Collinwood but Elizabeth and Mrs. Johnson add drugs to Paul's milk to make him pass out.
Angelique tells Julia she has given up witchcraft. Michael tries to frighten Maggie but she does not scare. Maggie finds a secret passage when looking for the loud breathing sound.
Maggie wanders into a secret passage from her room and is trapped there but later enters a room and the door closes by itself and locks.
Maggie continues to be scared locked in the room. Barnabas begins to doubt his connection to the Leviathon people. Philip enters the secret passageway with David's help. Maggie prepares to kill whoever enters her locked room with a candlestick holder.
Julia is called to check on a sick Michael. She begins to give him an injection...
The shot did not help, Michael dies due to heart failure. Julia investigates by interviewing the woman in Collieville that took care of Michael growing up.
Michael comes down stairs at the antique shop, seemingly fully alive. Barnabas helps Paul try to escape Collinwood.
Barnabas tries to keep everyone alive and ensures Paul's safety in the basement of the antique shop, and instructs Megan and Philip to not open the creature's door. Megan opens the door.
Paul is being helped by Professor Stokes, Julia and Amanda desperately try to help Grant remember his love for Amanda and his identity as Quentin.
Quentin sees his distorted portrait and regains his memory.
Paul is attacked by the Leviathan monster, Quentin and Amanda go through the test devised by Mr. Best
Quentin successfully passes Mr. Best's testing Amanda touches Quentin and rocks fall and kill her. The sheriff executes a search warrant on the Antique shop.
The Sheriff investigates the "baby's" room and finds a man in the room who identifies himself as Jeb. The Leviathan monster attacks the sheriff.
The sheriff's uniform is found in a mass of gooey slime. Caroline meets Jeb who tries to control her with his powers. Paul's funeral is followed by a graveside witness as his body is buried. Jeb tells Barnabas that he will marry Caroline Friday.
Barnabas and Jeb argue about the marriage Jeb demands to Caroline. Later, he is in David's room at Collinwood and receives a watch before Maggie discovers the uninvited guest. Barnabas explains everything to Julia.
Julia learns of the events that involved Barnabas' involvement with the Leviathans. A zombie like hand reaches out of the grave of Sheriff Davenport who was killed by Jeb.
The ooze that was in Davenport's uniform when he was killed now comes back to life in a suit and rises from the dead. The zombie goes to Jeb to be one of his army. Barnabas poisons Jeb's drink at the antique shop.
Jeb was not affected by the poison. Barnabas asks Angelique to let Carolyn stay with her where Jeb can not find Carolyn.
Carolyn and Elizabeth go on a trip to stop Jeb from taking Carolyn to his lair. Jeb kidnaps Maggie.
Bruno appears to Jeb, and is a Leviathan. Jeb begins the process to make Maggie a Leviathan.
Jeb forces Maggie to look into the Leviathan box. Chris Jennings is back and tonight is the full moon. Sabrina gives Chris a Moon poppy and tells him to eat it when it blooms at the beginning of the full moon. Maggie reveals to Barnabas that she is immunie.
Maggie reveals to Julia and Barnabas that she is immune to being made into a Leviathan and that she pretended to Jeb. Chris is given a Moon Poppy to eat of the bloom when the moon is full to have the werewolf curse removed. Sabrina is distraught that Chris didn't eat the bloomed poppy. Jeb changes his mind and wants to not force Carolyn to be his bride but wants her to come to him willingly. Sky Rumsom is shown to be a long-time Leviathan and now we know who called Jeb telling where Carolyn can be found. The werewolf pays a visit to Jeb.
Before Jeb could be finished off by the werewolf, the morning came and Chris changed back to a human form. Angelique tells her husband, unknown to her a Leviathan, about Barnabas' trying to defeat the Leviathans.
Barnabas, Maggie, and Julia perform a seance to speak to Josette. Barnabas and Philip tell each other of how they feel about the Leviathans. Carolyn and Jeb have a deep, passionate kiss. Philip steals the Leviathan's box.
Jeb and Philip kill the state's murder investigator. Later, Jeb tells Carolyn that Philip has confessed to the murder of three people.

The spirit attacks Bruno in David's room. Bruno believes he has found the werewolf.
Bruno takes Chris to an old crypt and the risen Sheriff Davenport guards Chris. Bruno and Jeb fight and Bruno decides he is a better leader.
Barnabas calls and then bites Megan. Bruno beats the werewolf to make him very mad and then causes the wolf t attack the zombie Sheriff Davenport.
Bruno is accused by Jeb of trying to let the werewolf kill Jeb. Jeb and Caroline enjoy a long hug at her father's grave site.
Jeb raises 4 zombies to do his bidding. Barnabas' need for blood causes him to have too much when he bites Megan and she is destined to be a vampire unless staked through the heart. Jeb's zombies kidnap Julia.
Roger and Sky fight, Julia is attacked by Jeb in monster form. Megan, now a vampire, bites Sky.

After Jeb destroyed the Leviathan's box, the altar fell to pieces Jeb doubles over in pain. Carolyn discovers Jeb killed her father. Many are showing signs of no longer being a Leviathan. Jeb attacks Carolyn.
Megan awakes from her coffin and goes to Philip and bites him. The spirit of Peter Bradford is revealed and he visits Philip in the jail with an offer. Philip arranges to fool Jeb by changing the clock time to earlier. Jeb rushes to Widow's Hill where Peter's spirit awaits.
Angelique puts Peter Bradford's spirit to rest in the grave vowing to get revenge for Jeb's actions.
A minister marries Jeb and Caroline with Elizabeth as only witness. Looking for Maggie, Barnabas is able to only see into a room not enter it and Elizabeth and Julia are unable to hear him as they speak to each other.
Parallel Time (PT) is explained and Barnabas is able to see more events in PT. Megan was finally found.

Gerard forces Daphne to get Quentin to come to her room so that he can choke Quentin with a rope.
At Elizabeth's insistence, Sebastian Shaw tells of his vision to never to into Daphne's room.
David and Hallie stand on Gerard's grave at midnight and discover Gerard's spirit is not at rest.
David waves a green flag two times from a window. Sebastian Shaw tells a jealous Roxanne Drew he has a date with Maggie.
Barnabas and Julia investigate what or who bit Maggie.
Maggie's bite on her neck does not look like a vampire bite from Barnabas. Julia determines that Maggie needs a blood transfusion or she will die and turn to a vampire.

Daphne is forced to testify by the court and verifies séance events and spirits of the dead being summoned.
Trask and Gerard read old Ben Stokes' diary and find the skeleton of Lamar Trask's body behind a wall of bricks.
Trask makes Gerard go shoot Barnabas with a silver bullet in the daytime after reading Stokes' journal.
Trask is astonished as he finds Barnabas while threatening Julia with his gun with silver bullets.
Daphne gets a threatening note and Gerard makes a plan to catch the attacker.
Lamar Trask sets up a trap for Barnabas.
Trask continues to torment Barnabas who is now walled up in the Trask Funeral Home's basement. Quentin agrees with Daphne that she should leave a note at the old oak tree.
Julia enlists the help of Leticia to find Barnabas as well as help from Angelique (Valerie).
Leticia is called to testify and causes Desmond to be removed as Quentin's lawyer and arrested for witchcraft.
Valerie and Julia are still worried about Barnabas' whereabouts. Julia and Leticia search Quentin's lab looking for the head.
Julia is happy with Timothy Stoke's arrival via the time travel staircase. Stokes agrees Julia's plan that he at 9:30 at Collinwood to visit Julia. Julia falls asleep and the spirit of Roxanne appears to try to reveal Barnabas' location.
Quentin is not provided a new lawyer thanks to Gerard pretending to unsuccessfully search for a new lawyer. Representing himself during that day's court, suddenly Quentin says he has a new lawyer and asks for a temporary recess.
Charles presses the judges to end the trial and convict Quentin when he shows the notes passed to the spirit after showing the death certificate and the same signatures on the new note from Joanna Mills.
Carrie discovers Mordecai who says Quentin's name just before he dies. Carrie leaves Jeremy when he says he hopes Quentin is soon executed.
The judges announce Quentin is guilty and execution will be carried out in a week. Edith catches Gabriel actually walking and is then killed by him. Daphne finds evidence that she thinks shows Gerard killed Edith.
Stokes happens on the PT room but can only observe, not enter the room. Daphne discovers Edith's body. Daphne shows the evidence to Gabriel which he then reveals to Daphne is his cufflink, not Gerard's.
Gabriel takes Daphne hostage in a Collinwood room. He admits Daphne that he killed Randall and Edith. Joanna hears a noise behind a door and enters the room as Gabriel waits to strangle her.
Quentin breaks out of jail, frees Desmond who is then shot by the guard.
Daphne tries to trick Gabriel into believing she is interested in him. Daphne escapes her ropes and finds a secret passage.
Gabriel attacks Daphne and the ghost of Daniel comes to her rescue. Quentin and Daphne visit the PT room at the wrong time.
Samantha shoots Joanna at close range but is unharmed. Samantha finds a note from Gerard asking her to meet him at Widows' Hill. She is surprised there by Joanna.
Joanna disposes of Samantha, then arranges for Quentin and Joanna to leave town early in the morning via carriage.
Before Quentin and Daphne can escape Collinsport to be married, Gerard uses his powers to force Daphne to marry him.
Quentin is captured by Trask after being lured to Collinwood to stop Gerard from marrying Gerard. Valerie vows to Barnabas' portrait to help get rid of Judah Zachery.
Angelique uses her powers with a voodoo doll to try to kill Gerard (Judah). Quentin puts his head on the chopping block.
The executioner's blade is stopped by Angelique/Valerie/Miranda and she shows the judge the case with the head of Judah Zachery.
Barnabas is unable to profess his love for her to Angelique as Trask takes revenge.
Catherine rejects Bramwell's intentions upon his return after a five year absence.
Justin goes to the locked room and suddenly falls on the floor, dead.
Morgan decides to marry Catherine tonight before the lottery. Bramwell kidnaps and locks up Catherine at the old house to prevent the marriage.
Catherine and Bramwell seem to reconcile and are shown straightening their clothes implying passionate relations. Morgan arrives and takes Catherine away.
A sleeping Catherine is awakened in her bed by a crazed knife-stabbing Melanie. Daphne tells Catherine she should not marry into the Collins family.
Melanie discovers a locked room where Stella is being held against her will by Julia and Flora.
Morgan arranges for Stella's body to be buried secretly. Kendrick kisses Melanie, unaware she is likely to have killed his sister,
Morgan slaps Bramwell's face with gloves calling for a duel and Bramwell accepts.
Kendrick arranges for a meeting with the psychic Gerald Stiles in order to try to find his his sister, Stella. Morgan and Catherine arrive at Collinwood announcing they were just married.
Flora reveals the imprisonment of Stella and that she died and the police are on the way. Quentin decides to use a séance to try to communicate with Brutus Collins.
Morgan shows his anger to Catherine when he reads the letter from Bramwell.
With the plague happening as told in the séance, Flora announces the Lottery will be held tonight so a full night is spent by the person chosen beginning tomorrow night.
Gabriel draws the slip with the X and runs away, He is captured and locked in a room awaiting his night in the locked room of the lottery. He escapes.
Morgan does not agree with Julia that a second lottery is needed to replace Gabriel.
Gabriel apparently finds the courage to bravely enter the locked room. No sound is heard after he is locked in. Quentin and Melanie instantly recover from the plague.
The next morning Morgan enters the locked room and finds a dead body that is not Gabriel. He has a check written to him by Gabriel on the body. Melanie sees the ghost of Justin Collins who delivers a message.
Melanie tells Quentin that someone is outside waiting for him. Kendrick gets a surprise while reading in the drawing room.
Gabriel stabs Kendrick, burns a portrait of Brutus and locks Morgan in a room. Daphne announces she and Bramwell are going to marry.
Catherine and Josette chastise Barnabas for his intention to marry Daphne. Carrie does a reading for Daphne of her future.
This is a missing episode and is a group of still pictures and narration by Lara Parker. A fan recorded this episode's audio and it is used to reproduce the episode. Carrie sees but does not reveal all to Daphne of her future with Barnabas. Kendrick goes to the police and they are out to find Gabriel to arrest for murder of Stella. Catherine hears some shocking news from her doctor who was called when she fainted in the foyer of Collinwood.
Catherine privately reveals to Bramwell she is pregnant with his child. Bramwell tries to convince her to run away overseas from Collinsport. A new lottery is held.
Catherine goes to the locked room but the key does not open. Morgan announces he is in the room and the locks are changed.
Morgan is looking around the locked room and finds a padlock on a hidden doorway. He breaks it open and enters that room. When he emerges from the locked room the next morning, he acts as if he is confused.
Morgan states he is not Morgan. Melanie continues trying to find out about her real parents.
Morgan discovers the skeleton of his sister Sarah. Morgan states he is James Forsythe.
The spirit of Brutus appears to Morgan/Forsythe. Kendrick reveals to Catherine that he has searched for her records for the last three days and that she was never in the orphanage that had been stated to be where she was adopted. Kendrick is shocked to meet the alternate personality Catherine.
While searching in the woods for Kendrick, Melanie comes across Gabriel who gives her a sealed note to give to Flora asking her to meet with him secretly.
Kendrick fights with Gabriel as Gabriel goes in and out of his own mind. Quentin tells Kendrick to leave and takes Gabriel to Collinwood. Flora tells Quentin that Gabriel did not kill Stella but she does not know who did kill her. Later, Kendrick returns to talk to Melanie.
Kendrick tells Melanie that he wants to marry her as soon as possible. Bramwell depresses Daphne leaving late in the evening saying only that he is going to the village. She follows him and sees him kiss Catherine.
Morgan/Forsythe believes Julia is his sister Constance. He is shown choking Julia with a rope in the drawing room. Catherine is talked to by Julia about her continuing relationship with Bramwell.
Quentin courageously stops Morgan/Forsythe from killing Julia. A family member deceives Morgan/Forsythe to enable an attempt to remove the possession of Forsythe from Morgan.
Morgan/Forsythe tells Julia the complete story of the Curse from Brutus on the Collins family. Brutus was skimming the profits due Forsythe. Brutus then kills Forsythe and Morgan's wife, Amanda.
Daphne shows signs of being weak and dizzy. The doctor tells Julia that Daphne has a terminal illness, there is no hope, and she does not have long to live. Julia does not inform Bramwell of the condition right away.
Kendrick asks Carrie to try to get a vision of Melanie's real parents.
Julia gruffly interrupts Carrie's vision of Melanie's parents, and later threatens her if she reveals information.
Morgan discovers an unconscious Julia in the locked room where Gabriel was being held. Daphne tells Bramwell that she is slipping away quickly, then falls into a coma. Julia and Morgan go to the locked room in the daytime to search for information.
Morgan and Julia discover the perfectly preserved bodies of James Forsythe and Amanda Collins. The door slams and they are locked in that room with no way to open the door. Gabriel attacks Catherine to force her to give him money so he can flee from Collinwood.
Kendrick runs in tackling Gabriel preventing Melanie from being murdered. Morgan gives chase in the secret passages of Collinwood and starts fighting Gabriel.
Melanie meets her mother. Daphne passes away.
Melanie and Kendrick arrive at Collinwood announcing they have just been married. Bramwell refuses Julia's request to leave Collinwood. The ghost of Brutus causes Melanie to be possessed by Amanda's ghost forcing the family into having a new lottery.
Catherine nearly passes out again. Kendrick demands to participate in the lottery, and is chosen.
Kendrick believes he can break the curse for the Collins family. Bramwell and Catherine meet at the Gazebo and discuss the baby. Someone is in the bushes listening in on their conversation.
After the funeral for Daphne, Morgan tricks Bramwell and then knocks him unconscious, then locks him in the lottery room.
Catherine tells Bramwell she will stay with him on the other side of the door. He reads the letter to her that he received from Morgan. In front of the family, Morgan refers to Catherine as the little mother. Morgan is enraged when Catherine admits to him privately that it is Bramwell's baby.
Catherine gets possessed by Amanda while locked in the lottery room.
Bramwell and Catherine fight for their dream of a Happily-ever-after.
