Overview
Ricardo is a widower with three young and beautiful daughters: Maria Leonor, Maria Cecília and Maria Isabel. His past love is Marília, but he didn't stay with her. Because of Amadeu's intrigues, the two separated. Amadeu married Marília and, to keep her out of Ricardo's eyes, he took her to live with him in Italy, where he went to manage the branch of his family's company. However, the couple returns to Brazil, settling in the house opposite Ricardo's house.
