"Daddy Called Hongqi" is a Chinese TV series. It tells the life story of an insurance salesman named Bian Hongqi. Bian Hongqi, a Tianjin native, was once married. Unfortunately, his wife died in a traffic accident. His parents-in-law blamed their daughter's death on Bian Hongqi, who was idle at the time, and left their granddaughter to be raised. Later, the middle-aged Bian Hongqi was very depressed, and finally worked as an insurance salesman in Beijing, and then a series of stories happened. He acted as someone else's fake boyfriend, reunited with his daughter, and a kind-hearted girl from the same company showed care and love for him. He lived with his daughter, worked hard for his daughter, and saw many touching life stories through selling insurance.
