Overview
The story takes place in a small mountain village called Caijiazhuang in the Central Plains. It revolves around the young farmer Cai Youcai, who leads a group of young people from the same village, such as Datou, Ma Gan, Wanyu and Yanli, to shoot movies on DV. When farmers make movies, anyone who watches them will think it is a joke. It goes without saying that there are difficulties, big and small, and there are endless conflicts, entanglements and misunderstandings with the village chief, Wan Li Jing, Liu Xiucai and other older people in the village. Unexpected changes and problems, ingenious solutions, and trivial events and situations occur almost every day. During the filming process, talented people encounter constant troubles, accidents, surprises, happiness and laughter.
