Overview
In 1977, when the news of the resumption of the college entrance examination reached the beautiful and distant Fenghuangtun, the whole village was boiling. From the educated youth who jumped in line to the Chaihuo girl in the village, everyone is eager to try and use knowledge to change their destiny. Educated youth Zhao Changtian (played by Zhang Yi) and village girl Liu Cuicui (played by Pan Yuchen) are representatives of many Fenghuangtun candidates. The great changes of the times provide them with opportunities to change their lives, and their tangled emotions allow them to appreciate the sweetness and sourness of life. This film focuses on the stories of the 77th class of teachers and students in the Chinese Department of Ningzhou Normal University. Due to the special circumstances of that era, they entered the beautiful university campus with their own stories. On that beautiful campus, they study together, grow together, warm each other with true love, and achieve their ideals with diligence.
