Overview
In the early years of the Republic of China, Du Yinghao, the king of southern boxing, held a ring competition with Qiu Zhenrong, the king of northern boxing. Ten-year-old Qiu Jun witnessed his father Qiu Zhenrong die at the feet of Du Yinghao, and Du Yinghao became a widely rumored hero in the martial arts world. Du Yinghao is actually a person who values friendship and loyalty, and Qiu Zhenrong's death has always been lingering in his heart. After looking down on fame and fortune, Du Yinghao decided to hide in the alleys of Shanghai with his wife and children. Eighteen years later, Qiu Jun found Du Yinghao under the pseudonym Nie Yun. After experiencing various dangers and difficulties, Qiu Jun gradually gained a new understanding of Du Yinghao. Qiu Jun finally discovered that the murderer of his father was actually Lu Sanxiong, the powerful man who dominated Shanghai, and his brother Qiu Zhen had become Lu Sanxiong's right-hand man. Lu Sanxiong used all possible means to carry out a series of cruel attacks on Du Yinghao, Qiu Jun and others, and even colluded with the Japanese spy chief Ichiro Umoto. After the September 18th Incident, Du Yinghao joined forces with Qiu Jun, Qiu Zhen and others to fight against the enemy, eliminate Lu Sanxiong, and fight against the Japanese invasion of China.
