The film depicts the quiet battle between Enokizu, a murderer who doesn't trust others, and Yoshimura, a teacher who preaches to trust others. Noboru Tanaka was scheduled to be the director, but due to his sudden death on October 4, 2006, Nobuaki Inozaki was placed in charge.
