Overview
The investigations of Commissioner Viola Mantovani (played by Simona Cavallari) begin when a girl is found dead in Trebbiate (an imaginary town in the hinterland of Milan) from an overdose. The arrival of inspector Benevento (Giuseppe Zeno) changes the trail that Viola's team was following: according to him, the murderous hand of the Marruso family, the most powerful 'Ndrangheta affiliates in Lombardy, is under the control. Carmine Marruso (Andrea Tidona) also wants to close the most productive factory in Trebbiate, where Mario Mantovani, the protagonist's father, works.
