Overview
This play tells the story of several young men and women who are tired of urban life or have lost their direction in life, and form a beach guard on a beach called Sunset. Xiaopeng is a successful urban white-collar worker. He has been dating his girlfriend Lin Qian for many years, and their relationship is very stable. Lin Qian wanted to get married, but Xiaopeng was full of doubts about it. Unable to withstand Lin Qian's repeated urging, Xiaopeng returned to his long-lost hometown of Xuri Beach to look for his father whom he had not contacted for a long time. Xiaopeng's father loved the sea and therefore neglected the family. This made the relationship between Xiaopeng and his father very tense. No, not long after they met, the father and son had a fierce quarrel. At the gas station, Xiaopeng met an employee named A Tong and took his anger out on her, causing A Tong to lose his job. After that, Xiaopeng's career suffered setbacks and his love was not what he wanted. At the same time, he received a call from his hometown, saying that Xiaopeng's father never returned home after going to sea and disappeared into the vast sea...
