Overview
In 1925, Fengcian general Wu Qingtian was defeated and captured at Bengbu Railway Station, and was shot to death by Zhili clique warlord Sun Xiaoqiu. Wu Qingtian's daughter Wu Jianyu vowed to avenge her father. Wu Jianyu disguised herself as a man and came to Shanghai with her sisters Bai Lu and Chu Dandan, who had been sworn to Jinlan since childhood, her brother Wu Zhongcheng and her father's loyal subordinate Ma Yun. On the way, she happened to meet Su Jifei, the son of Shanghai Youth Gang boss Zhang Shusheng. Ma Yun took advantage of the Peking Opera Troupe's opportunity to assassinate Sun Xiaoqiu and was killed accidentally. Su Jifei urged Wu Jianyu to give up his revenge plan, but Wu Jianyu would never give up. As a result, Su Jifei was gradually involved in this grudge and hatred, and at the same time, a secret feeling developed between him and Wu Jianyu.
