Nie Wanlong (played by Qin Pei) has become crazy since his defeat to Shi Zhikang (played by Chen Tingwei). Shi Zhikang and his wife Zhang Jiahui (played by Wan Qiwen) have also withdrawn from the gambling world. American gambling king Zhang Tianding (played by Yang Qun) is on his own and dominates the gambling world. His daughter Zhang Shiru (played by Zeng Huaqian) assists her father in running American casinos. Zhang Tianding betrayed the Hong family's father and son for his own personal gain, causing Hong Feng (played by Wu Yijiang) to be imprisoned unjustly.
