Takuya, Kazuki, and Dai are sixth graders at Ishinowa Elementary School. They are a group of three gangsters who are so energetic that they annoy their homeroom teacher, Michiru. One day after school, the three of them accidentally discover a power stone that emits a mysterious light, and because of it, they are attacked by an army of robots led by Prince Walter Walzak! It is said that there is a hero inside the stone. Takuya and his friends use their quick wits to find out the spell to revive the hero and wake up the hero robot Doran who was sleeping inside a stone. Doran combines with Gorgon, a support mech, to form the giant robot Gordran and fights off Walter. However, Doran told Takuya and his friends: Doran has seven more friends. Takuya and his friends have to find it. When all eight heroes are gathered, the location and mystery of the legendary Golden Land of Legendra will be revealed. Thus, Takuya and his friends' dream and adventure journey began in search of the power stone where the hero sleeps!
