Overview
During the Second World War everyone experiences bombings: the film tells the story of a mad anarchist who places a bomb under a building and then goes to warn the tenants that they still have ten minutes to live. We look for the bomb in the various apartments, where dazed characters appear in an absurd and grotesque daily life, mostly prey to mortuary obsessions. The bomb was empty and the anarchist was the writer Leo Longanesi himself. It therefore seems completely paradoxical, but completely in line with Longanesi's characteristic black humor, that the escape from the bombings is represented precisely by a story of madmen, bombs, deaths, explosions.[
